Retirement Announcement: Sergeant Glenn Aprile

The retirement of Sergeant Glenn Aprile comes after a 31 year career with the Londonderry Police Department.

Glenn began his law enforcement career in 1983, at the Hooksett, NH Police Department as a full-time certified officer. He transferred to Londonderry in 1987. While in Londonderry, Glenn was a use of force instructor, a K9 handler from 1994 to 1999, and was later promoted to Sergeant. He devoted over 20 years of service to the NH Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial Association where he acted as Vice President. Glenn will be transitioning to a new role as a Londonderry Conservation Ranger. This part-time position is new to the department and a first ever in the state. Glenn will patrol the town's conservation areas as well as educate the community on respecting its natural resources.
